4 years ago I made the decision to move back to working for myself as an interim and fractional coach / consultant.

So hows it going?

When not collaborating with bigger clients, I have invested time into 3 start-ups as a cofounder and board advisor. I have had the honour of being a non exec director for a non profit organisation close to my heart – munimpact.org

It takes me back to memories of the last time I was an interim and fractional consultant + startup star chaser. 10+ yrs wiser, the career I have had since I started…which is when Yahoo started out and we all got our first email addresses.

I have been keeping up to speed with the emerging tech and digital behaviour space ever since, and meeting great connections along the way.

So the answer is great so far, considering the first 2 years were also through covid / lockdown.
